Hi, I'm Ricki.
I got into Bowen Therapy because I genuinely love helping people feel better, physically, mentally, and emotionally. There's nothing more rewarding than seeing someone walk out feeling lighter than when they walked in.
I hold a Certificate IV in Bowen Therapy and a Traditional Cupping certificate. I'm always learning and growing my skills to give you the best possible care.
Whether you're dealing with chronic pain, stress, an injury, or just need some time to reset, I'm here for you. No judgement, no pressure, just honest care.

Gentle, precise movements over muscles and connective tissue to activate your body's natural healing. Targets pain, tension, stress, and more.
Traditional Cupping
Traditional fire and glass cupping to improve blood flow, release muscle tension, and support recovery. Can be combined with Bowen in one session (typically done with Bowen Therapy as well).
Mobile Appointments
Professional Bowen Therapy in the comfort of your own home. Available across the Albury-Wodonga region, generally within 30km of Wodonga.
Mobile appointments are 60-minute sessions only (includes travel time). No extra charge for mobile, same prices as in-clinic.
